Meridian ("we", "us", "our") is a business services platform. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. Meridian is currently pre-launch and pre-incorporation; the legal entity operating the Platform, and its registered jurisdiction, will be published here once incorporation is complete. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you use the Platform. Please read it carefully. We may update this Policy from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

8. DO NOT TRACK

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.

9. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on the Platform and update the "last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
