Acceptable Use Policy

1. PURPOSE

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using Meridian — customers, providers, and any AI agent acting on a user's behalf — and sets out what's not allowed on the Platform, in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not use the Platform to:

• Submit or request illegal services, or services you're not eligible to receive
• Impersonate another person, business, or provider, or misrepresent your credentials or licensing
• Circumvent Meridian's payment flow to avoid commission after being matched through the Platform
• Harass, threaten, or abuse another user or a member of our team
• Upload malicious code, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Platform data without our written permission

3. AI AGENTS ACTING ON YOUR BEHALF

If you authorize an AI agent to use Meridian on your behalf (via our API, MCP server, or Agent Auth), you remain responsible for its actions on the Platform as if you had taken them yourself.

4. ENFORCEMENT

Violating this policy may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the Platform, depending on severity, at Meridian's discretion.
